KvK archive

Every Kingdom of Power cycle Kingdom 2000 has played, including the byes and the two we lost. Prep and battle are scored separately, so read the two result columns rather than looking for a winner.

How the cycle works

Kingdom of Power runs on a 28-day global clock. Every kingdom's match happens in the same week.

Matchmaking

Kingdoms are paired on the power of the top 100 active governors within the same hero generation. Unequipping gear or disbanding troops does not lower it.

Saturday

Preparation

Five scoring days. Points come from spending banked materials — speedups, shards, Truegold, forge hammers. The prep winner travels.

Days 1–5

Battle

Borders open 10:00 UTC and close 22:00. Kill points, territory, and the castle. Shield before prep closes or you will be farmed overnight.

Weekend

Recovery

Field Triage, heals, and the transfer window. This is the only part of the cycle you can move kingdoms in.

Cycle notes

Written up by the KvK lead within 48 hours of each battle phase closing.

Aug

Aug 2026 — K1877

Cleanest cycle to date. Prep lead of 6.4 M meant we travelled. Castle taken at 13:40 UTC and held through two counter-rallies.

Jul

Jul 2026 — K2043

K2043 shielded almost entirely on day one of battle. Most of our points came from their gatherers and two fortress flips.

Jun

Jun 2026 — K1961

Prep lost by 2.1 M because forty players spent speedups the week before. The hoarding rules on the home page date from this cycle.

May

May 2026 — K2088

First cycle where all four top alliances rallied on one target list rather than scoring separately.

Apr

Apr 2026 — K1902

Travelled and lost the castle at the 2h50 mark. K1902 had better garrison heroes and we had no Field Triage plan.

Mar

Mar 2026 — Bye

No opponent found at matchmaking. Prep was played out anyway; the bye reward was negligible.

Feb

Feb 2026 — K2110

First matched cycle after eligibility. Opponent was largely inactive above rank 40.

Jan

Jan 2026 — K1988

Our first real defeat. Worth reading as the baseline everything since is measured against.

What we ask of an incoming governor

Stop spending speedups, hero shards, forge hammers and Truegold roughly two weeks before prep opens. Prep scores the spending, not the owning, so anything burned early is points handed to the other kingdom. Shield before prep closes. Those two habits are the whole difference between our 2026 record and our January one.
